PART-TIME PRODUCER/PA, HOME-BASED

Dan Kennedy Limited is looking for an organised and energetic Producer/PA to join Dan and his team on a part-time basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide seamless production, PA & office management support to Dan, who is a busy celebrity and fashion photographer and relies on his team to ensure the effective running of his London business.

The successful candidate will be involved in all elements of the business and shoots for celebrity, advertising, fashion & editorial clients, from negotiating rates to creating content and hands-on studio help as needed.

Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative, be calm under pressure and dealing with deadlines, and be confident in a fast-paced environment and dealing with all kinds of clients, contacts, talent and suppliers. You must have at least 2 years experience in a production or creative PA role and also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Marketing and social media experience a plus.

The role is being offered as a part-time position (2 or 3 days a week), with flexibility with regard to working hours and the possibility to work remotely on most days. The role is shared with another part-time producer, also based remotely.

The role is offered on a self-employed basis so you will need to be registered as self- employed with HMRC and you will be responsible for your own tax and national insurance contributions.
